- Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the clients responsibility and must be recorded delivered back to us no less that 14 days.

Production and Guarantee of Delivery:

- The fabric chosen by the client must be among the list of fabrics offered on our site. We will inform you if the fabric or garment is no longer available.
- Certain situations that are beyond our control may cause a delivery to be delayed: a vacation period in the mandated country, a natural disaster or a delay caused by a third party such as a courier.
- Deliveries take 7 - 14 days internationally.
- Made to order items can take up to 4 to 7 weeks from the date of order.
- Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for reasons such as natural disaster or any other factor beyond our control. We will do everything within our power to keep you informed so that you can receive your garments as quickly as possible.
- You can check the status of the items you have purchased by going to the couriers webite and entering the appropriate tracking codes.
- All shipments will be made to the shipping address you provided when you placed your order.
- Your packages will be sent recorded delivery and a signature or verification of receipt will be required.
- If special treatment is required, the request must be made within 24 hours or at the time of purchase and may result in additional charges.
- The shipment does not include prepaid Customs duty, Taxes and Customs Clearance charges. The Customer pays these charges.
