If you are not 100% satisfied with the final product, MB will reimburse you in full and will retain your order, subject to the following conditions:

  1. No request for refund will be accepted if the garment has been worn or damaged in any way.

  2. Refunds are processed via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

  3. In the case of a purchase made with a gift card, a new gift card of equal value will be issued in lieu of a credit.

  4. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Michelle Banarsé may compensate the client in the following situations:

  1. Please see our garment size chart before ordering.

  2. Only standard orders can be exchanged. All made to order items are non refundable or exchangeable as these items are made to order.

  3. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the clients responsibility and must be recorded delivered back to us no less that 14 days.

  4. In case of a production error on our part, we will replace your item/s free of charge, without any additional cost to you.

1. Cancellation of your Order

  1. An order may be canceled on the day of purchase by contacting

  2. Refunds are processed via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

  3.  No refund can be offered on made to order after the day of purchase, because your order begins to be processed the same day the payment is made.


2. Production and Guarantee of Delivery:

  1. We understand that some clients are concerned about online ordering, notably due to questions about production and guarantee of delivery. Although we guarantee the rigor of our production process, certain issues may arise:

  2. The fabric chosen by the client must be among the list of fabrics offered on our site. We will inform you if the fabric or garment is no longer available.

  3. Certain situations that are beyond our control may cause a delivery to be delayed: a vacation period in the mandated country, a natural  disaster or a delay caused by a third party such as a courier.


Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we deliver worldwide, but are not responsible for prepaid Customs duty, Taxes and Customs Clearance Charges.


How do I return an item?


Please make sure all item/s being returned are in there original packaging and sent back to us within 14 days of receiving them.

We have 2 types of delivery options:
Made to Order items take a minimum of 6 weeks

Standard Orders take 1-2 weeks delivery internationally.
